Crescent Valley Variscite Mine located in Nevada. Variscite a close cousin to Turquoise and only lacks the Copper element. Variscite , it’s Beauty, growing value and popularity make it worth the time to take a good look it. This material while not currently valued with turquoise is rarer than turquoise. It comes in the same blues and greens and short of a lab test is very hard to tell the difference. The Son and I do all the cutting work we never farm it out.
