Vista Grande Variscite, located in Nevada and and is just down the hill of from the Vista Grande. Today it is called the Vista Grande / Desert Bloom Variscite mine. Variscite is a close to turquoise is chemical make up just short the Copper needed to be Turquoise. This material has gained in value over the years it is actually rarer than turquoise. The Son and I do all the cutting work we never farm it out.
